1. Golden Angel
- Ed, Jake, Marie, and Bella are promoted to the Runner Guild, led by Prof. Sergio.
- Ana is introduced as a new member of the guild, and she becomes Jake’s crush.
- Ana is unable to cast her abilities, which are unknown, along with her signs and her memories. She has a Nyx Cell powered by Water Energy though, but she doesn’t know how to harness it.
- Ed has a déjà vu after meeting Ana, and he’s surprised for finding someone else lacking their memories.
- Existing Runner Guild members include Syrox.

- A humanoid Bug with glittering golden wings and a bow and arrow is noticed by Ana from afar.
- Prof. Sergio gives a quest to the Guild for them to find the Golden Egg, hatched by the legendary flying Guardian Bug called Golden Angel.
- He says that they must find the Bug and wait for it to hatch the egg in its nest.
- Unlike most Guardian Bugs, instead of inhabiting a cave, it roams the skies of Zetania and hunts its prey.
2. Airstrike
- Syrox’s abilities let him spread wings, fly, and summon an airstrike of spears.

In Greek mythology, Centaurus is often associated with Chiron, the wise and noble centaur known for his knowledge of medicine, music, and prophecy. Unlike other centaurs, Chiron was kind and civilized, serving as a mentor to many heroes. In astronomy, Centaurus is a large southern constellation representing a centaur, notable for containing bright stars such as Alpha Centauri, the closest stellar system to the Sun, and Beta Centauri.
Pegasus
Pegasus is the divine winged horse born from the blood of Medusa after she was slain by Perseus. He is associated with inspiration, poetry, and heroic deeds, and later served Zeus by carrying his thunderbolts. In astronomy, Pegasus is a prominent northern constellation, easily recognized by the Great Square of Pegasus, a large asterism that forms the body of the horse.
- Jake, to impress Ana, challenges Syrox to a duel and loses.
- Syrox seems to be the most skilled Miner the group has ever seen, and he becomes Ed’s newest friendly rival.

Bella
Delphinus
In Greek mythology, Delphinus represents a dolphin, often associated with Poseidon or with the story of the poet Arion, who was saved from drowning by a dolphin that carried him safely to shore. In astronomy, Delphinus is a small but distinctive northern constellation, recognizable by its diamond-shaped asterism sometimes called “Job’s Coffin.” It lies near the Milky Way and contains several faint stars arranged to resemble a leaping dolphin.

- Ed meets three skilled but cocky members of the Cabin Guild who are also looking for the Golden Angel - Rui, Jeco and Masi.
- Rui is an exceptionally accurate archer.

It contains several bright stars and notable deep-sky objects, though it is less prominent than its neighboring constellations.
- Jeco specializes in crafting poisonous traps.

Scorpius
Scorpius represents the scorpion sent by Gaia (or, in some versions, Artemis) to kill Orion, leading to the famous tale of Orion and the scorpion. Scorpius is a prominent southern constellation, easily recognizable for its curved “tail” and bright red star Antares, often called the “heart of the scorpion.” It contains many bright stars and notable deep-sky objects.
- Masi is a brute and fierce tank.

Cepheus was the king of Aethiopia and the husband of Cassiopeia, father of Andromeda. Cepheus is a northern constellation representing the king seated on his throne. It is circumpolar for many northern observers and contains several notable stars and variable stars, including Delta Cephei, the prototype of Cepheid variable stars used to measure cosmic distances.
Taurus
Taurus represents the bull into which Zeus transformed himself to abduct Europa and carry her across the sea. In astronomy, Taurus is a prominent zodiacal constellation in the northern sky, easily recognized by the V-shaped Hyades star cluster forming the bull’s face and the bright star Aldebaran. It also contains the Pleiades, a famous open star cluster visible to the naked eye.
- Rui challenges Ed to a duel and wins. Ed is mocked for losing and Rui becomes his new rival.
- Jeco and Masi start bullying Ed and make it hard for him to find the Golden Angel as they place traps for him.
8. Alpha Centauri
- Rui meets Syrox and seems to have a huge respect for him.
- Rui reveals that Syrox is famous and has a huge reputation after having won the Creek Tournament in the previous year and being the first foreigner to do so, earning the nickname “Alpha Centauri”.
- It’s revealed that Syrox comes from planet Iotaland.
- Ed and his friends are surprised.

- The Golden Angel seems to have been nullified, as his wings are no longer golden but obsidian dark.
11. Obsidian Angel
- Ed, Jake, Marie, Syrox, Rui, Jeco and Masi face the angel’s hive hoard with fierce nullified Bugs.
- For some reason, they seem to be mostly targeting Ana.
12. Breaking Eggs
- As the Golden Angel starts attacking, Prof. Sergio steps in, repels the Bug away, and cancels the quest.
- Ed and the others see X from afar, approached by the Golden Angel, revealing that it has been tamed by him due to its Null Energy. They both leave.
- Rui invites Syrox to participate in the new edition of the tournament so he can claim his title.
- Ed wants to participate as well, and he says that he wants to be on opposing teams from Syrox.
13. Showtime
- The Runner Guild participates in the Creek Tournament, which is team-based, featuring 3v3 teams, including multiple teams just from the Runner Guild.
- Ed would team up with Jake and Marie.
- Syrox would team up with Bella and another member.
- The Cabin Guild’s team, composed of Rui, Jeco and Masi, is a strong contender in the tournament.

- Other participants include Annie, Kate - who’s also an archer, Candice - an extrovert, Jean, and Telmo.

Lacerta

Cetus
In Greek mythology, Cetus represents a sea monster sent by Poseidon to ravage the kingdom of Cepheus as punishment for Cassiopeia’s arrogance. The monster was ultimately slain by the hero Perseus when he rescued Andromeda. In astronomy, Cetus is a large equatorial constellation often depicted as a whale or sea creature, and it contains notable stars such as Mira, a famous variable star whose brightness changes dramatically over time.

18. Friends and Foes Alike
- Ed’s and Marie’s team faces and beats Candice’s and Jean’s team in the quarterfinals.
19. Full-Duplex
- Kate’s team faces Cabin Guild’s team in the quarterfinals.
- Jeco’s abilities in the field are mostly sculpting poisonous traps.
- In a clash of archers, Rui becomes victorious, leading his team to the semifinals.
20. Rubber Duck
- Ed’s team faces Annie’s in the semifinals.
- Annie is quite cocky but very skilled; however, Ed’s team makes it to the final round.
21. High Ground
- The cryptic dreams return, and over three nights in a row, Ed has a dream with the unknown female silhouette, and he still doesn’t seem to recognize her.
- Syrox’s team faces Cabin Guild’s in the semifinals.
- Rui seems to predict every landing spear from Syrox, dodging every single one of them.
- Syrox also seems to be unable to dodge Rui’s arrows.
- Every time Rui is about to fire an arrow that can’t be dodged, his eyes glow blue.
- Cabin Guild advances to the final round.
22. Throwing to the Wolves
- In Ed’s third dream, the female silhouette seems to have all her limbs connected to chains.
- Ed’s team faces Cabin Guild’s team in the finals.
- At the beginning of the match, Rui launches a warning sign as he immediately shoots an arrow from his base, whose arrow pins Ed’s staff in his base, at the other side of the arena, 100 meters away.
- Wolves are sent by Rui with glowing eyes to observe his targets.
- Rui seems to predict every move of his opponents. He even fires his arrows before someone leaves their hideout because he knows they’re about to leave, and they’ll be hit by his arrow where he aimed to.
- All of his predictions are preceded by his glowing eyes.
- Rui, Jeco and Ed become the last men standing.
23. Opposite Sides of the Sky
- Ed gets stung by Jeco’s scorpion poisoning, but he manages to knock Jeco out.
- Arrows start raining on Ed, getting pierced on his body, but he still stands.
- Ed, struggling, starts spinning his staff, and his Dragon hologram emerges, enveloping him in circles around him, protecting him from the arrows that have no way to way to pass through.
- As Rui sees Ed approaching him, he leaves a smirk.
Rui
- So be it.
- The Dragon hologram passes through Rui, who falls on his knees in surrender.
- Ed’s team claims victory.
- Ed claims Rui’s respect.
- During the winning ceremony, Ana is kidnapped by the corrupted Golden Angel, and Ed, being the only one noticing it, goes after her.
- Ana is found in a Null Corp. hideout being interrogated by the Corp’s chief - Lupus.

24. Glitch in the Matrix

- Ed rescues Ana and falls in love with her, as he realizes she was the one invading his dreams.
- The silhouette had shorter hair than Ana’s though, and she seemed to be more grown up.
